After looking forward to it for a long time, Christmas break is over. I stayed at my parents house during the break and I realized how grateful I am for them! They were both constantly doing things for me that I realized I've missed while I've been at college even though I haven't been that far away. Mom was doing my laundry and making dinner. Dad would wake up before I went to work to scrape my windows since they had been snowed on for 5 days. I realized how many small acts of service they do.
Christmas Eve we had all of our family here (except Clark, who got there later) and dinner and played games. Then the kids opened their Christmas PJ's and watched the Christmas Story.
On Christmas Day, me and Clark opened our present with my mom and dad and then everyone else came over later to open presents and have breakfast and play games. We had a Wii bowling tournament, and out of 10 adults and 4 kids who played my 5 year old niece Kaylee won.
