So yesterday morning (and today) as I was attempting to coax Ashlee out of bed I was reminded of when my friend Jordan asked me, "Are you and Ashlee as similar as you appear?" Me and Ash have lots of things in common but we also have lots of differences. Here is a little insight into our lives to see some of our alikes and differences :) (some are not really differences, but they are kind of fun insights).
1- I make Ashlee sleep on the top bunk. I cannot jump up there. It is slightly humorous to watch me try though. So Ashlee has consented to take the top bunk. Because of this I accept the role as the light turner offer, heater turner downer, and sometimes a drink fetcher for her.
2- Ashlee is not a morning person, and I am not a night person. I am often pulling Ashlee out of bed in the morning and she is often pulling me off the couch and to bed at night. Our first semester of college we had Accounting at 8:00 together. This was when we first really realized this difference. Often I sing to her until she is so annoyed that she gets out of bed. It works quite nicely.
3- It's often humorous when we're getting ready in the morning and Ash is straightening her really curly hair and I'm curling my very straight hair.
4- Ash is majoring in Special Ed and I'm majoring in Elementary Ed. It's kind of fun to talk about school stuff together sometimes.
5- I think Ash is a lot more coordinated than me. As hard as she has tried, she cannot teach me how to do a cartwheel, and cannot convince me that dancing is fun.
6- We both like to dance and sing in our room. We always create a summer playlist, and we still can name the songs that were on our first one.
7- Every semester after finals are over we go to Panda Express to celebrate. Now that I go to UVU we have to compromise on the date a little bit because we don't get done on the same day anymore.
8- We both like going home a lot.
These are just a few that I thought of off the top of my head. Any other ideas Ash?
